Scenario: your own delivery channel without aggregator commissions
30 September 2026
Aggregators bring orders but keep the guest and a big share of the bill. Here is how to build your own delivery channel on ResoGuest.
Typical problems
- A large share of every delivery order goes to aggregator commissions.
- The restaurant never sees the guest's contact — it cannot invite them back.
- Regular guests order through the aggregator out of habit, even though they would happily order directly.
How it can be implemented in ResoGuest
- Ordering page. Launch a branded page with your menu, delivery zones and takeaway; link it from your website, Google profile, social bios and packaging.
- Online payment. Connect online payment (QR PromptPay via Beam) so the order arrives already paid.
- Orders to the kitchen and couriers. The order goes to Syrve, and the manager assigns it to your own courier and sees its status.
- Points for direct orders. Credit loyalty points for orders on your own page — a reason to order directly next time.
- Leaflet in the aggregator bag. Add a QR code with a welcome bonus for the first direct order to aggregator packages.
- Win-back. An automatic journey reminds guests who have not ordered for N days and sends a personal offer in LINE, WhatsApp or Telegram.
What the client gets
- A direct channel where the guest's contact and history stay with the restaurant.
- Paid orders without manual reconciliation, and one list of orders for the kitchen and couriers.
- Aggregators remain a source of new guests, while regulars gradually move to direct orders.
Who it fits
Restaurants and dark kitchens with a steady share of delivery, pizzerias, healthy food and meal-prep brands. Online ordering is included in Pro and Premium or as a separate module; a ready website with booking and delivery can be ordered separately. Contact us: [email protected]
