Scenario: a restaurant group with one loyalty card across brands
30 September 2026
A guest dines at your steakhouse, orders from your pizzeria and drinks coffee in your cafe — but each brand sees a stranger. One card for the group changes that.
Typical problems
- Each brand of the group has its own guest base and its own loyalty, and they do not talk to each other.
- A regular of one brand is treated as a newcomer in another.
- The owner cannot see how guests move between brands or which brand brings the most loyal guests.
How it can be implemented in ResoGuest
- Group of brands. Each brand works as a separate venue with its own menu, floor plan and team, and all of them are joined into one group.
- Shared balance. Turn on a shared balance: by one phone number the guest is a member of the whole group, with one balance and one tier.
- Consent. On the /join page the guest agrees to the shared balance; data processing consent is recorded.
- Cross-brand history. The guest card shows visits, spend, points and tier for each brand.
- Segments by brand. Build segments like "visits brand A but has never been to brand B" and send a personal invitation.
- Group campaigns. Broadcasts and journeys in LINE, WhatsApp, Telegram, e-mail and SMS for the whole group or for one brand.
What the client gets
- One card and one profile for the guest across all brands.
- Cross-selling between brands based on real behaviour.
- The owner sees the whole group in one account.
